  2. TYPE: High School
  3. Choose your child's school from a drop-down menu.
  4. Take the survey.
  5. Take photo or a screen shot of the "Thank You" page if they need proof that they completed the survey.
DIRECTIONS FOR STUDENTS
 
You have received a personalized link in your gmail that is connected to your LAUSD mymail account.  The Deadline is Friday, December 19th, but don't procrastinate and complete it as soon as possible. Please maintain the proof of completion and show it to your Advisory teacher on Friday.
