Marching Band & Drumline

In the fall, the Advanced Band becomes the Marching/Pep Band which plays at pep rallies, sports games, and at the Lincoln Height’s annual Holiday Parade. In the 2019/2020 school year, the band once again started participating in Marching Show Competition.

The Drumline is an active part of the band and is always looking for new members. In the spring, the band turns into a Concert Band learning music for concerts and festivals, but still pays at basketball and volleyball games.

This year thanks to the Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation, we were awarded several new instruments.

Concert Band

The Concert Band is the 2nd year (intermediate) band in our Band Pathway program here at Lincoln. They perform in two concerts and at open house in the Spring.

Beginning Piano
Thanks to the NAMM Foundation through the Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation, we were awarded 16 keyboards to open up a keyboard class in 2019. In 2022, thanks to Donorschoose, we now have 21 student keyboards. The class is for students who would like to learn to play the piano and have little to no prior experience. A level two class is taught in same class for students wishing to continue learning the piano.
