Athletics Update - June 2022

In order for students to participate in any team activities, students must obtain a STUDENT-ATHLETE PACKET. The packet will be available during Orientation/Business Days, online, and in the Main Office.

The REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS:

• Emergency Card With up-to-date phone numbers
• 2.0 GPA
• Sports Physical (good for one (1) calendar year) must have a stamp, doctor's signature with a date, and all questions answered 'yes' must have an explanation. Physicals are available at St. John's Clinic.
• Upload a picture of the athlete's health insurance card via https://homecampus.com
• Complete the online clearance via https://homecampus.com
