I have attached the room assignments for our Parent-Teacher Conference Night taking place on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 from 5-7 p.m.
Please notice that P.E. Teachers and ROTC teachers will be meeting in the student cafeteria while teachers in the 800s will be in the Library. There have been some other room changes due to Night School classes.
Please look for your room assignment and inform your students of your location. Also, please distribute the flyers to your period 6 students. Parents will be informed regarding this flyer.
If you are going to be absent for Tuesday's activities, please inform me or your AP so we can make the necessary accommodations.
