Williams Compliance - A Total Success

Today's Williams Visit was a success!  We will be receiving official correspondence in the next couple of weeks indicating Lincoln High School as "Sufficient for Instructional Materials." All students in the History/Social Sciences had books checked out to them (Special Kudos!).  One student in ELA, two in math, one in science and one in foreign language were found not to have books.  They were immediately issued a book by Nati, and this helped us meet compliance. Thank you each of you for a job well done!

A special thank you to the amazing Nati.  This job could not have been done without her! Thank you also to Mr. Rubalcava, Martha (MHC Office Assistant), Alicia and Rosa in the Main Office,  Alex (Order Clerk), and to Mr. Vasquez (AP) for their support during today's visit.  A special thank you also to the Administrative Staff and to the Supervision Staff for covering my area in order for me to meet with the Williams Team.

You are all awesome. Great Job!

Thank you so much for all your hard work in helping us maintain Williams compliance in our classroom and facilities. With your assistance, we were able to achieve a good Plant and Facilities Compliance report.  Thank you for taking the time to send us information about needs for repair and issues in your classroom.  The compliance officer stated that the classrooms were clean and safe, and that there were only a few issues.  We will be addressing the issues for maintenance and repair.  If you have any concerns regarding our plant and facilities, please contact me.

Special Thanks to Mr. Rubalcava and his team for going into all the classrooms and making sure that they are safe and compliant.  As a reminder, we are now short one staff member with our sad loss on an already skeletal crew.  We will need some patience and support.

Thank you so much for your assistance for today’s visit!
