Memoir
The language barrier and transfer status during my years at Lincoln created an uncertain environment for a new comer. Soccer provided the bridge to normal high school life. With coach Jorge Sanchez guidance and the challenges from the sport, in 1988 my new character gave me the opportunity to graduate from high school, participate in the all stars game, and be accepted to csu-la. I had a successful academic and soccer career in college which helped me developed my current professional carrier. I support the theory that soccer creates leaders, I wonder why?
