Mr. Cotero has been teaching at Lincoln since 1999. Before coming to Lincoln, he taught at Irving Middle School  4 years. Cotero graduated from Lincoln in 1988 and was the student athlete of the year. He played varsity football, varsity baseball, and varsity basketball. He is a graduate of The University of La Verne and was an outstanding football player while he worked on his bachelors degree in Physical Education. Mr. Cotero is now returning to coach football for the 2018 season after taking six years off to coach his two sons at Arroyo High school.
