Mrs. Lopez has been teaching adapted physical education at Lincoln High School for 11 years. She has also been greatly involved as a coach of the AA track team.
Mrs. Lopez received her Bachelor's degree from Occidental College in Physical Education and her Master's degree in Educational Administration from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA).  
Mrs. Lopez has enjoyed teaching in Los Angeles Unified District for the past 28 years.  Besides adapted physical education, Mrs. Lopez was privileged to teach students with physical disabilities in the classroom at Farmdale Elementary School for 10 years.
Here are some little known facts about Mrs. Lopez: As a starting setter in volleyball at Occidental College, she participated in the first NCAA Division III Final Four for women in 1981.  She was the first girl at Warren High School in Downey to letter on the Boys JV golf team.  She has hiked the Grand Canyon "Rim to Rim". (It was exhausting!) 
Mrs. Lopez has a passion for teaching and enjoys teaching the students at Lincoln High School. Go Tigers!
