Who is Mr. Garcia?

I was born in Lincoln Heights ! I attended Cal State Los Angeles, where I received my BA in Sociology and Social Science and my Masters in Education. Currently I am with the Magnet Program, where I teach all the Social Sciences along with AP U.S. History and AP Government. I have been at LHS since 1988 and with the Magnet since 2001.
