PLEASE TAKE OUR NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY

Answering the questions above will let us know what is most needed by our students at Lincoln High School. We can then plan our 2022-2023 budget according to the feedback received from our stakeholders - students, parents/guardians, and staff.

TITLE I FEDERAL FUNDING
The Title I program’s goals are to offset the negative effects of poverty and increase student achievement. The program benefits students by paying the salaries of support personnel who augment district services and support students and their families. Some of the positions funded by Title I funding include the teachers, college counselors, community representatives, teaching assistants, and education aides. Title I also provides funding for after-school tutoring and keeps the computer lab and school library open after school. Teachers receive additional instructional materials and are eligible to receive funds for professional development.

Services Provided in the Past:
  • After school tutoring
  • Supplemental education services
  • Teaching assistants
  • Instructional materials for the classroom
  • Field trips
  • CSR (class-size reduction) teachers
